2009 AWARDS

2009 WRESTLER OF THE YEAR
"BIG DAWG" GEZA KALMAN

Geza Kalman finally won the Pure Wrestling Championship on April 19th, 2009.

Kalman suffered only two losses in 2009, one to Robbie MacAlister and one to Reggie Marley. Both of which came by DQ when he would not stop his assault on his opponent and the referee had no choice but to disqualify him.

Geza had 13 big wins in 2009 and ten of them where Pure Wrestling Championship Title Matches where he successfully defended his Belt.

A lot of people thought Super Kamikaze and his incredible 16 W and 3 L record with another 2 W defending the Internet Title in other promotions would make him the wrestler of the year. It came down to November 29th when Geza defeated Super Kamikaze to prove the "Big Dawg" was indeed the best in the company.

MOONDOG BUDDY
Moondog Buddy is not liked what so ever. 2009 has been a okay year in the wins and loss column, but where Moondog really excelled was by getting under the skin of all the fans.

Moondog Buddy sealed the deal when he was the special guest host at the Boomers Halloween party. Buddy was given the right to choice the best costume and instead of choosing the winner who was the clear cut winner he picked someone who was not even a contender! The Boomers party people where very un happy and don't look like they will be letting that go anytime soon.
