WILL LANCE MALIBU BECOME THE GOLDEN BOY? On September 12th Lance Malibu will have the opportunity to become the Pure Wrestling Champion. Malibu has been around a long time and has twice been Tagteam Champion. Malibu requested this match and was granted the shot by Commissioner Daryl Porteous. Lance is a strong guy who is also very quick and agile, especially for a wrestler his size. If he can stay mistake free, Lance could be the Champ. Looking across the ring that afternoon in Cambridge will be Cambridge, Ontario's "Bigg Dawg" Geza Kalman. The current reigning and defending Pure Wrestling Champion has held the Championship since April 19th, 2009. Geza was in a heated feud with "Shotgun" Brock Barker so he has to forget about that on Sept 12th and make sure all his attention is on the challenger that night "The GoldnBoy" Lance Malibu. |

SUPER KAMIKAZE TO BATTLE ELIAN HABANERO IN A GRUDGE MATCH Super Kamikaze is on a roll right now in the Pure Wrestling Association. After months Super Kamikaze finally defeated Eddie Osbourne to win the Ontario Championship and retain his mask. Now on September 12th Super Kamikaze will go one on one with a man he knows all to well, that man is "Cuban Sensation" Elian Habanero. Elian Habanero is definitely a "kamikaze" in the ring. Elian is reckless and has no fear of breaking his already broken body more to defeat his arch rival Super Kamikaze. Every match could be Elian's last and Elian will be the first one to admit it. Elian is also the first one to tell you that on Sept 12th at the Grasshopper on King Street East in Cambridge he will bring everything he has at Super Kamikaze and more! FORMER 5 X CHAMPION VS. THE NEXT CHAMPION? A change at the guard might be on the verge. "Shotgun" Brock Barker has stormed into the Pure Wrestling Association. The youngster has run into a road block on his quest to become Pure Wrestling Champion, that road block is the Champion "Bigg Dawg" Geza Kalman. Geza has defeated or managed to retain the Title belt every time the two have met, each time teaching the rookie a new lesson. "Shotgun" better be focused on his match on hand come September 12th in Cambridge though, as he will go one on one with a man who knows what it feels like to be the top dog. That man is a former 5X Pure Wrestling Champion, the first Triple Crown Champion in PWA history he is the "Big Ticket" Reggie Marley. Reggie Marley is currently 1/2 the Tagteam Champions and is looking forward to wrestling Barker. Reggie said "Shotgun" is the future of the company and that Reggie is the past and the present so this will be a great test for both of them. PWAcanada.com agrees! |

KRYSTAL BANKS SIGNS OPEN CONTRACT FOR CAMBRIDGE EVENT The End of Summer Brawl could not be a complete event with out the Elite Women of the Pure Wrestling Association in action. Krystal Banks has been carrying the Elite Womens Championship proudly since November 29th, 2009 and she is showing no signs of slowing down, just improving every match. As of late Banks has had some close calls including "The Russian Vixen" Nikita who had a impressive outing last month in Hamilton. On September 12th, at the Grasshopper in Cambridge, Krystal will once again put the Elite Womens Championship on the line. Banks signed a open contract for the event and is now just waiting to hear who accepts it. be there to find out who it is! |

BATTLE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA CONTINUES IN ONTARIO Ice, or Shawn Arctic to Ontario is returning to the Pure Wrestling Association on September 12th in Cambridge, Ontario to face a man he knows all to well in Eddie Osbourne. The two BC grapplers engaged in a war for the Ontario Championship that seen Arctic come out on top several times despite the beating Arctic took, Eddie has never been able to defeat him. Arctic took a hiatus from PWA to return back to BC a few times while Osbourne has gone on to win the Ontario Championship before losing it to Super Kamikaze and then most recently Eddie defeated Jessy Jones to win the Pure Violence Championship and send Jones packing for 6 months. On September 12th Eddie and Arctic meet again, this time for Eddie's Pure Violence Championship. Will Eddie be able to retain or will Arctic continue the triumph over Osbourne on his way to the Pure Violence Championship? |

JOEY ALLEN VS. "VIOLENT" JEFF BLACK If you where to say a few months ago that you thought Joey Allen had no chance to defeat Jeff Black, or anyone for that matter, you might have been right. The Serbian, who moved to Germany and currently is residing in the KW Region of Ontario was short on confidence and it seemed like his future was looking up at the lights instead of working towards a title. Fast forward to present day and Joey Allen is getting more and more confident with every match. Allen's recent win over RB the Usher is a testament to that. In Cambridge will Joey continue to climb or will Jeff Black knock him down the ladder one more time? SIX MAN TAGTEAM GRUDGE MATCH SET FOR SEPT 19TH IN HAMILTON The Pure Wrestling Champion Geza Kalman taught "Shotgun" Brock Barker one more lesson. This time in a no dq, no count out, no time limit match Brock Barker showed compassion. Barker was assaulting Geza with a chair and instead of taking Geza out completely he dropped the chair and went for a roll up instead. Soon after Geza caught Barker and pounded his face until it was bloodied and the referee stopped the match. Brock Barker is out of chances for the Pure Wrestling Championship, but at Back 2 Skool he has the opportunity to school Geza and earn a title match. Each man has been given two team mates and will face in a six man tagteam match on September 19th. Geza will team with foe Kwan Chang and a man he helped polish, a man who wants nothing more then Geza's Pure Wrestling Championship; Eddie Osbourne. Team Barker will consist of three guys who are not best friends, but are good training partners. Barker will be teaming with Dynamite T and the Ontario Champion Super Kamikaze. The stakes are high in this match. If Barkers team can get the win then Geza and Barker will have one final match for the Pure Wrestling Championship. However if Geza's team wins "Shotgun" Brock Barker will not get a shot at the Pure Wrestling Championship while it is held by Geza Kalman. |

ELITE WOMENS ACTION AT BACK 2 SKOOL IN HAMILTON ON SEPT 19 Seleziya Sparks is looking forward to coming to the Pure Wrestling Association on September 19th, 2010 as she will be making her PWA in ring debut. Sparks will be filled with emotions and that will no doubt play a large part of this match. It is unknown if it will be a positive or negative tool. Sparks will have a very credible opponent as Sparks will go one on one with Xandra Bale. Xandra Bale defeated "Mommi Tsunami" Jodi D'Milo last time she was in hamilton, and is looking to continue her winning ways. Both ladies have trained at the Squared Circle gym in Toronto, Ontario so they are well aware of what the other can do. Hamilton will find out in just a few weeks time! |

THE YOUNG AND THE RELENTLESS BATTLE THE HOLLYWOOD HUNKS The Hollywood Hunks and The Young and the Relentless are two of the best tagteams going today. Neither team can say anything bad about the others work in the wrestling ring, but that is about as far as the respect goes between these four men. On September 19th they will face off in two singles matches. "The Stunner" Sean Ryker will do battle with "EZE" Eric Cairnie and Markus "Custom Made" Ryan will do battle with "Big Ticket" Reggie Marley. If the Hunks are able to win at least one of the matches you can bet that Commissioner Daryl Porteous will have the two teams meet in the ring next time with the Tagteam Championships on the line. |

THE EMPIRE'S MARCUS MARQUEZ CHALLENGES RIP IMPACT IN HAMILTON Rip Impact has a loyal following in most the towns in Ontario, especially his home town of Hamilton. The all around good guy can wrestle with the best of them on the mat, in the air and he does it with a lot of fluidity. On September 19th when the PWA returns to Boomers, located 229 Kenilworth Ave N, in Hamilton "The Empire's" Marcus Marquez will be Rip Impact's opponent. Marcus Marquez will be looking to make a impressive debut and there would not be a better person to try and do so with then Hamilton's Rip Impact. Can Marcus defeat the uber popular former Ontario Champion Rip Impact? Find out when the doors open at 2pm on Sunday September 19th. |

"THE RUSSIAN VIXEN" NIKITA WILL BE BACK August 22nd, in Hamilton, "The Russian Vixen" Nikita debuted for the Pure Wrestling Association. Nikita fought a very good contest against the current reigning and defending Elite Womens Champion Krystal Banks, a match that she would end up losing after being hit with a hangmans' neck breaker. When all was said and done, and Nikita had changed into her regular clothing she sat down with PWAcanada.com for a few seconds. For the most part we didn't understand a thing she said, however after a tirade in Russian she said in perfect english that she would be back and she will be Elite Womens Champion before long. |

JESSY JONES HAS BEEN SENT PACKING FOR SIX MONTHS "The Sport" Jessy Jones is now official out of the Pure Wrestling Association for a minimum of six months. Jones lost a loser leaves match on August 22nd at All or Nothing against once good friend Eddie Osbourne. What will happen in six months time? Will Jones ever come back? Super Kamikaze retained the Ontario Champion by defeating Kwan Chang. Chang was about to use his kendo stick when his rivial Dynamite T saved the day. 5. Eddie Osbourne defeated "The Sport" Jessy Jones to force him to leave PWA for minimum 6 months. Eddie became Pure Violence Champion in the match 6. Krystal Banks defeated Nikita 7. Young and Relentless defeated The Celebs to remain Tagteam Champions. The Hollywood Hunks got involved post match. 8. Geza Kalman defeated "Shotgun" Brock Barker when Barker showed remorse. SUMMER ASSAULT - 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY RESULTS - HAMILTON July 25th, 2010 1. Dynamite T defeated Turcan Celik 2. Moondog Buddy/Rhys Greenaway w/ Dallas Carter defeated Rip Impact/Joey Allen 3. Jessy Jones defeated Warhed, RB the Usher, Lance Malibu and Jeff Black to win the vacant Pure Violence Championship 4. Super Kamikaze defeated Eddie Osbourne to retain his mask and to win the Ontario Championship. 5. Krystal Banks defeated Sabrina Kyle w/ Jessy Jones & Eddie Osbourne to remain Elite Womens Champion *Post match Jones and Kyle assaulted Banks until Osbourne made the save. Big promo by Jones and now Aug 22nd Jones vs. Osbourne loser leaves PWA match for the Pure Violence Championship 6. "The Big EZ" Reggie Marley and Eric Cairnie defeated "The Hollywood Hunks" to win the Tagteam Championships the Hunks beat the crap out of the RB Usher to the extent the cops where called! 7. "Big Dawg" Geza Kalman said I QUIT when "Shotgun" Brock Barker forced him to submit when he locked on the rings of saturn. Unforently it was on the outside and they where both counted out. Geza remains Pure Wrestling Champion. |
